Book Brawl! A game where across multiple dimensions, "3 factions of cocky spell casters engage in a game of cat and mouse for the possession of the ultimate book of knowledge". You win by holding the book for your team (2V2V2 or 3V3V3) for as long as you can without getting it stolen from another. You trick the other team by navigating those 3 superimposed worlds using cunning tactics and fun mechanics. A genius idea that had to be made into a full game.
The team consisted of 9 artists, 11 programmers, 5 level/game designers.
I was picked to be the Lead Technical Artist on the team where the main task was to be the coordination link between programmers and artists plus solve any technical artistic problems.
Additional tasks were:
[1] Build a workflow for the artists and level designers to work efficiently inside the Engine (Unity3D)
[2] Build the shaders and particle effects
[3] Get the lightmaps working on all 3 dimensions (Its hard to build them in separate editing scenes then merge in one!)
[4] Evaluate the feasibility of features that would be implemented late in the production stage
[5] Dispatch and delegate the crazy amount of work

This experience was a once in a lifetime opportunity and I learned from the best with the best. Would do it again for sure if I could!
(I will update this blog as soon as the game's website makes it available to download and play for free.)
